We discovered this Pinot Noir for the first time in 2016. We were so impressed with the fruit and the winemaking style that in 2018 it was decided to make it again and include it as a regular in our wine line up.
This wine is made using traditional methods of open vat fermentation and basket pressing. If you enjoy a Pinot Noir with a big back end, this is the one. Whilst it is young at the moment and drinking lovely right now, it will benefit from cellaring.
It has a lovely liquorice nose, following through with savoury fruit flavours on the palate with an earthy finish. Enjoy now or cellar for up to eight years.
